What is saved

Before signup, your questionnaire is saved in this browser for up to 7 days. Once you sign in, your profile, questionnaire and exercise answers are stored in our database, hosted on Supabase.

Unsent exercise changes are also kept in this browser so they can be retried after a lost connection. People who share your browser or device may be able to access locally saved content. Local storage can be cleared by your browser.

Your choices

You choose how much to write. The account page includes an AI setting. When AI features are on, optional OpenAI summaries and speech-to-text send the relevant text or audio to OpenAI to provide that feature. OpenAI is instructed not to use that data to train its models. When you turn AI features off, those requests are blocked and your answers are not sent to OpenAI.

Justin operates this service and has administrative access to stored responses. Approach feedback is also emailed to the operator. For questions or deletion requests, email justin@workmanagement.tools.
